183 | Visibility: learning to feel comfortable taking up space so your talents get fully recognized (mastering meetings, part 2)

If you want to be upwardly mobile in your career, you have to master visibility.  Visibility means that you’re speaking up enough in meetings for your boss and the leaders around you to remember you and get to know you.  The more visible you become, the more your reputation builds and the faster you accelerate in your career.  In today’s episode, I’m walking you through why it’s so important to get more visible, and helping you begin to overcome some of the internal obstacles that might prevent you from speaking up and getting super visible in those meeting rooms.
