145 | Waiting for a promotion vs. asking for a promotion

Today I’m talking all about getting promoted.  In today’s episode, I’m walking you through the difference between waiting for a promotion, and asking for one.  I’m sharing some of the thoughts that might keep you from asking you for one, and why you might want to ask for one despite feeling fearful or uncertain.  This episode will open your mind to the fact that YOU are in control of your career decisions and that feeling small and afraid never has to stop you from going after what you want.
